The DI2X self-study package is developed to make it easy and flexible for leaders and key employees to build competencies in understanding and leading digital maturity and transformation. It is based on our research-based frameworks and offers insights, reflections, and concrete tools – all in an interactive and digital format.

The package is suitable for organizations that want to strengthen their digital leadership competencies or are facing challenges in implementing and leading digital transformation. It is ideal for teams that want to work systematically with digital maturity and create a shared understanding of how the organization can develop and adapt to a digital reality.

The self-study package consists of 6 online modules that include videos, animations, reflection tasks, tips, and concrete examples. The modules are designed to create an engaging learning experience with a focus on practical application. The package is developed in collaboration with Norwegian Mediafarm and enables many leaders and key employees to access the materials flexibly.

The material can be used for individual learning, in workshops and theme meetings, or as part of broader competency development programs. Throughout the course, you will also complete your own action book, making it easy to turn insights into practice afterward.

The package is available in a generic version in both Danish and Norwegian and can also be tailored to different sectors with industry-specific examples.
