DI2X® License Terms for the Resource Center

DI2X develops and maintains frameworks, materials and tools as an integrated platform. All material in the DI2X Resource Center is protected by copyright and belongs to DI2X. DI2X® is a registered trademark.

The materials in the DI2X Resource Center are made available under a limited, personal, non‑transferable and non‑exclusive license.

Upon active and paid access, the user obtains a personal right to access and use the materials for their own development and learning purposes, as well as for internal use within the organization where the user is employed.

Downloads are permitted only for materials where this is technically enabled. Other materials may not be downloaded or copied.

Materials may be used in internal and professional contexts in accordance with the material‑specific usage rights. Use must not be commercial and must not involve the provision of services to third parties for payment without prior written agreement with DI2X.

Access to the Resource Center is personal and may not be shared. Login credentials may not be transferred or made available to third parties.

The materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transferred, published or otherwise made available to third parties without prior written agreement with DI2X.

The materials may not be edited, adapted, translated or integrated into other materials unless explicitly permitted under the material‑specific usage rights.

Breach of these license terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the DI2X Resource Center.

DI2X reserves the right to modify, update or remove materials in the Resource Center.

Material‑specific usage rights supplement these license terms. In the event of inconsistency, the material‑specific usage rights shall prevail.
